About Us

Christian County Emergency Services (CCES) was founded in 2011 and is the sole Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in Christian County, Missouri.

We provide 9-1-1 and non-emergency call-taking services for an approximate area of 564 square miles with over 93,000 residents.  Additionally, we provide central dispatch services for seven law enforcement agencies, seven fire protection districts, and secondary dispatch services for a handful of local and state public safety agencies.

On average, our center receives nearly 32,000 9-1-1 calls, 50,000 administrative calls, and processes over 105,000 calls for service annually.
